Have you had them before? Yummy! We have an abundance in our garden at the moment and I just couldn’t wait for them to turn red!
Slice firm green tomatoes into slices, dip in a beaten egg, then into a mixture of bread crumbs, parm cheese, salt and pepper. Heat some olive oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the tomatoes until golden brown. Enjoy!
